Fresh Pistachio Recipes

Pistachio and basil sauce

 

Ingredients

1 cup homemade mayonnaise if possible, commercial if not
1/2 cup chopped fresh Harefield Pistachios
1 teaspoon each of finely chopped oregano, thyme and chives

 

 

2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sour cream

 

Method

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Taste and adjust flavours to your own preferences.
